When Will My Order Ship? 

Orders placed before 11am PST will ship on the same business day. Otherwise they will ship the following business day.  

Will I Be Charged Tax? 

We charge tax as required by law, in PA, SC and NY. 

What Shipping Methods Are Available? 

We offer free standard shipping to the continental US. Please see options at checkout for express and non-continental US shipping options. 

How Can I Track My Order? 

Know what’s going on with your order at all times by logging into your account or looking up your order  here. It may take up to 24 hours from shipment for tracking information to display, depending on the carrier. 

Do You Ship Internationally? 

Not right now. We ship to all 50 US states and APO/FPO bases.  

How Does Subscription Work? 

We offer 3 product subscription options. Choose whether to receive 1 product every month, 3 products every 3 months, or 6 products every 6 months. The more you buy, the more you save. Need more info here? 

How Can I Update My Subscription? 

You can change, pause or cancel your subscription anytime here. Please allow up to 48 hours for changes to update.

What Is Your Return Policy? 

If for any reason you’re not satisfied, just click here to tell us the issue and we’ll get you a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
